Transparency Report

In compliance with Law No. 14,611/2023, which promotes equal pay and remuneration criteria between men and women, AGS Global Logistics reaffirms its commitment to transparency, valuing people, and respecting diversity.

It is important to highlight that the Salary Transparency Report, made available by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, being a statistical snapshot, does not fully reflect all of the company’s internal initiatives, such as career plans, development programs, meritocracy policies, and diversity and inclusion actions, which remain central to AGS’s people management.

Our company adopts a structured Job and Salary Plan based on meritocracy and length of service, recognizing the performance, dedication, and development of each employee.
